This information is collected when you complete the form on our “Contact Us” page.  Or when you contact us using the contact phone number or postal address provided on the website. 

The second, is information given indirectly such as your IP address, computing device used to view the website together statistical information such as what pages you visited the most and how long you stayed. 

PTES Limited DO NOT collect any information from the use of cookies placed on your device when visiting our website.  PTES Limited website is hosted by GoDaddy who offer the facility to turn of all performance tracking cookies. PTES Limited use only  the essential cookies required for the site to function.

The only information that is gathered then is the information that you our customer provide directly to us. 

How will it be used?

PTES limited will use the information provided by you in carrying out established business services.  Examples of these are

1. Correctly identifying you as a our customer.
2. Create proposals or quotes to customers for business purposes.
3. To execute normal financial transactions such as prepare invoices, notice of payment and receipt of payment.
4. Update you with information pertaining to your account such as estimated completion dates of work.
5. Respond to enquiries by you and or other requests or questions.

Who will it be shared with?

The information may be shared with other organisations to allow PTES limited in the legitimate execution of its business and the services it provides.  Examples of legitimate organisations are banking organisations, electrical component manufacturers and legal obligations for business accounting and tax purposes. 

In the execution of our business we may arrange delivery of components from the manufacturer to your business location and so may provide your business address and contact name to enable delivery.  In this instance sharing information gathered on this website would make sense.

How is the information processed

When contacting PTES Limited information is collected using our secure form and information emailed directly to our company email address. 

How is the information stored 

At PTES Limited every effort is made to ensure that data is received by the intended recipient, stored correctly, backed up and secured to avoid disclosure.  Information obtained from our website is stored electronically on computer equipment to which access is restricted to certain staff and by strict policies and procedures. 

Giving consent to use personal data

As part of the new legislation, consent must be given to use your personal data.  If you do wish to contact us we will clearly ask for your consent to use your personal data.   Personal data that we use is the data provide by you when you use the form for example.  Simply viewing the website and examining the services provided means no personal data is obtained. 

Your rights to request removal of data

New legislation allows an individual to approach an organisation and request that any of their personal data be removed from that organisations systems.  PTES limited will make every effort to remove data that is considered unnecessary in providing its services.
